how's swimming ring made?(high frequency welding machine)

how's swimming ring made?(high frequency welding machine),this is our machine to make the swimming ring.up and down two layers to combine together,then manual to add the gas nozzle,auto welding and forming,one man at the end to tear off the finished swimming rings.The process seems simple,but need many techniques.
